A events coordinator for over 16 years, her events are always done at minimums to ensure the authors pay a fair price and the event nor the staff or primary promoter does not make any money on the event. past their own sales.

All events are auditable by any author attending the event.

Any money collected for VIP will be directly sent to the animal charity we have chosen.

This event will strives to ensure a fair and lucrative event for every attending author.

As with all events Stella produces, safety and inclusion is of the utmost importance. We are committed to producing events that are safe, inclusive and welcoming to all marginalized groups. We take steps to ensure this is possible, and we do not condone bullying. If any author shows their ass online, creating a nuisance of themselves to this community, they will be banned from attending the events and NO REFUND will be given. This includes bullying of any kind, racist leanings, plagiarism, theft, and generally making people feel unsafe in your vicinity.

These events always are and ever will be a safe haven in this industry for those that do not feel safe elsewhere. We have and will continue to support marginalized individuals and will not allow for anyone attending our events to be an asshole. No drama, and we will stand with our marginalized communties and people to ensure safety.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are we allowed to bring wagons? YES, though please be aware of others that are attending as well. If at all possible, please do not bring the large ones, but the smaller book focused ones.
Do we need to have a Ticket for entry? Not for the general admission (4-8pm) but you will need one for the Morning session/ Club Seductive.
Can we bring children? NO. This is an 18+ event. Babies in slings or strollers are welcome, but no toddlers! if they can walk, its a no.
Is there an ATM on site? No, sadly, so please plan accordingly!
What kind of payment will authors take? Most will take Cash and CC. Some will take Paypal and Venmo. Please check with the authors as you approach their tables.
How can we recognize staff? Staff will be in BLACK T SHIRTS that say STAFF on the back. They will be the ones with the answers!

Will all authors have Preorders? No. some will, some wont. the up to date list will be pinned at the top of the FB attendee group.
​
Do we have to stay on site? For this event, no. We will have a room block for those that want to.
How is the parking situation? DISMAL lol. We are in a municipal area and parking is at a premium. while there are garages close and on street parking is available it isn't guaranteed.

ABOUT THE EVENT
ALL TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
​
In the event that an author cannot make the event, or chooses to not come, we will make every attempt to get that table fee transferred to another author, allowing for the selling of the table so the author can recoup fees.
​
Readers That pay for VIP that need to transfer their ticket can do so from our wait list of readers ONLY. this will keep it fair to all attending.
​
We do not allow for table or ticket transfers once we hit the MONTH before the event. this is to save staff and Stella the issues that come with the back end planning for an event. Anyone needing to not attend with a month to go of the event will forfeit their ability to transfer their table.
​
In the event that someone is a safety issue, misrepresents themselves, their work, art or merchandise, be it through plagiarism, AI or worse, the offending party will not be allowed a refund and they will be barred from the event.
